I had an appointment early April, office called 2x to confirm date and time. When I get there me and another woman were waiting for over half hour. Come to find out the office was closed from two admin workers, and would be for about a month, which meant I wouldn't be on my birth control for over a month unless I could find a last minute alternative. A little messy how that was handled. I also found out Dr.Payne had left the office nearly a year ago and no one told me which is who I was going to see. Leaving this for those calling the office and not getting responded to.
