My Mom was admitted to The Atrium long term since November 2025.I have waited to see if it was what it seemed before giving a review. Now I am able to give an accurate and honest review. The Admissions Department Staff were very professional and helped me a lot when she arrived, because I live out of State and was unable to be present. When I was able to get there The Director and Staff all came out to introduce themselves to me. The Security is State of The Arts and give a great sense of protection. Mom did not eat before, now she enjoys her meals because it is tasty,I was able to see where all the magic takes place and was impressed. I can sleep now at nights knowing that my Mother is getting good care, because I live out of State I was concerned about the care. The different Faculties call me quarterly to report and update me on her care. The Social Workers are kind and I can reach out at anytime and my concerns are taken care of seriously and with urgency. I can actually recommend The Atrium and give them a 5* rating because in my opinion they tick every box.
