Optum Primary Care - Bronx

From the minute you walk into the office you are greeted by professional staff. The nurses are attentive and caring every one is great. Dr. González is the doctor who I saw during this visit and like the other doctors at Optum she didn’t disappoint. She was compassionate, caring and attentive, she didn’t rush and took time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease during days when my health was up down, words can’t express how grateful I am for that. I’ve had a great experience with Optum Medical Care. The staff is professional, caring and the office is well run. Dr. Robin Pinzon has been my PC doctor for many years. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to listen. The other doctors in the practice are also wonderful when he isn’t available. The only thing i don't care for is when making appointments you are now directed to a central system rather then the office directly. They ask too many personal questions seeming like data mining. However, they will connect you to the main office if you ask. Regardless they are excellent and I highly recommend this practice.
