She was very thoughtful, patient, and took the time to help me find frames that fit me well and suited my face. Her recommendations were spot on, and I never felt rushed during the process. The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
