I came here to get my eye prescription and order contacts, but the front desk staff ordered the wrong ones — not what I had asked for at all. They first told me the order could be canceled, but a few days later they said I’d have to wait until I received it, then bring it back for a refund. When I finally got the wrong contacts and returned them in person, they suddenly said the refund would take 2–3 months even though they had promised it would be immediate. Throughout the whole process, no one apologized or took responsibility for the mistake. Completely disorganized, rude, and careless staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
