I’ve been a client of this optical store for a very long time, and I always get my glasses from here. Every time I need an adjustment or a quick fix, they never make me wait—they take me in right away and handle everything quickly and professionally. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really tell they care about their clients. It’s rare to find such consistent, friendly service, and that’s why I keep coming back. I was recently gifted a fancy pair of frames from Italy, and Jessy helped me fit them out with a premium set of lenses. The service was exceptional, with a turnaround time of just 1 day, far quicker than I expected. She also took the time to walk me through the lenses and make sure the fit was right, which I really appreciated given the complexity of my prescription.
