Open Sinus: Gregory M. Levitin, MD

Five months ago (October 2025), I had a balloon sinuplasty with Dr. Levitin and I’m very glad I moved forward with it. His diagnosis was accurate and thorough, and he explained everything in a way that made me feel confident in the plan. The procedure itself was smooth and well-executed. Recovery was honestly a bit tougher for me than expected, but what stood out most was how attentive Dr. Levitin was during that time. He checked in, addressed concerns quickly, and made sure I was progressing appropriately. On top of that, his staff is excellent. Friendly, organized, and very responsive. The entire experience, from consultation to post-op care, felt professional and supportive. I would absolutely recommend him

Dr. Livitin is just the best. His office is very welcoming, there is literally no wait time (I don't know how they do this, but they are very efficient). Five years ago he did Balloon Sinuplasty for me, and it helped me to some degree, I was happy with the results. This year I came back and he did NeuroMark™treatment. The procedure is easy to tolerate (although I am prone to fainting from any tiny medical procedure or needles, the staff was great to prevent it), I came alone and traveled by subway. The recovery was not bad, I did not go to the office next day, for me the best was to work from home for 3-4 days due to congestion. But after that recovery was easy, and now after 3 months after procedure, I can definitely recommend it. It is easier for me to breathe, I don't need any medicine, and I was able to recover from a virus (cold) much faster when usual. I highly recommend to visit this office, talk to Dr. Livitin about various options and find a solution that can improve your quality of life. The decision will be yours, they won't push anything.

Had such a great experience here at Open Sinus. Dr. Levitin performed my procedure, it all went smoothly and did a great job calming my nerves. Jenny is so sweet and has been instrumental in my after care. Very easy to talk to and accommodating to my unique needs in handling my allergies. The staff is incredible through and through - so happy I found this place!

I saw Dr. Levitin for a correction of my deviated septum, a few other sinus procedures, and a tongue-tie frenotomy. Everything went off without a hitch and his office was able to get the tongue-tie procedure covered by insurance, which was something no one else I talked to seemed to be able to do. Unlike most other providers I saw, I never felt like I was being given the hard sell into unnecessary procedures, but also I felt very heard when I described my experience, and felt like every decision was mine to make. Dr. Levitin was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, and I'm excited to continue my care with them.

Dr. Levitin is the absolute best physician a patient could ask for. I have been a patient of his since he opened up his beautiful practice that makes the visit feel less clinical. Dr. Levitin’s outstanding bed side manner, attention to medical detail and reassuring yet cautious approach is what stands out the most. But in addition, his staff are fantastic. So responsive, kind, and that is true for everyone but especially Randy. Dr. Levitin has helped me in two critical situations, once to gain back my voice within days for a crucial work presentation and two weeks ago with addressing a quite serious infection that didn’t improve for two weeks. I don’t know where I would have ended up without his care, including a minimally invasive procedure, new medication and consistent follow up. If there is one ENT I would travel to from another state or country (I am from Europe) it is him.
