I saw a therapist in 2022, they’ve been trying to bill me for the session when it should’ve been billed to my insurance. Open mind health claims that they billed my insurance. I’ve called united healthcare and they never received a bill. Then they sent the bill to collections. I made the mistake of paying it, contacted open mind health who then said they’d try to get the collections agency to refund me. They’ve been dodging my calls since then. I’ve called twice and not gotten a call back. On top of all of that, they only billed eap once and kept billing my insurance when the sessions were for eap. Would not recommend going here to see a provider
