Come here if you like your time being wasted. I’m very punctual and mindful of other peoples time and therefore do not no show to appointments or show late. In the event that something comes up I know to contact the front desk however I presented to my appointment at my appointment time to be told I “missed” my appointment. I had an inkling something was off when I received about 2 or 3 calls to confirm my appointment with different appointment times when I had already previously confirmed with someone else. After expressing frustration I was then offered another appointment for the following month but why would I let them waste my time again especially when I took the day off from work to tend to my appointment. Of course they didn’t own up to the scheduling error or show much care even after speaking with a manager. Conveniently, this practice does not send appointment confirmation (at least when I was a patient there)emails or texts and therefore I was not able to present proof. It seems you are just another number there. Also, customer service is not so great. When you enter the establishment you are not greeted and barely acknowledged. I guess you have to be Latino for them to acknowledge you. (Front desk)Staff is not friendly, do not seem happy to be there or interested in servicing patients. They are seen chatting with each other and barely answer the phone. This place lacks professionalism. I previously had an extraction and received different information regarding whether I would be receiving pain meds or not. I called the practice over an hour after my extraction to be told I had to wait for pain meds to be sent to my pharmacy as the dentist had yet to complete his notes which would be completed at the end of the day then to later be told by someone else that I wouldn’t be receiving pain meds due to the number of extraction performed..on my search for a new dentist

The dental team here is truly wonderful — the dentists and back-office staff are professional, caring, and always make sure patients feel comfortable. I’ve consistently had great experiences with the clinical side of this office. However, I’ve had ongoing issues at the front desk. The receptionist often makes mistakes with scheduling or communication, and I’ve found myself having to call back multiple times to correct things. There have been occasions where I was placed on hold and forgotten, which can be frustrating. Despite this, I still think the dental care itself is excellent. I hope the front office improves, because the rest of the team really is amazing and deserves recognition for the quality of care they provide.

This was my first visit to this dental office, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I did not leave until around 5:00 PM, despite the office not appearing busy. I waited over an hour before being called back, then spent approximately 30–40 minutes on X-rays, followed by another 45 minutes waiting for the dentist to review them and explain my treatment plan. The actual cleaning took less than 30 minutes. I informed the front desk receptionist that I was a new patient, and no estimate of the wait time was provided. When I raised the concern, I was told that once patients are in the waiting area, responsibility shifts to the back staff. This indicates a lack of coordination and proper management within the office. Overall, this was a very poor first impression. I chose not to schedule a follow-up appointment, as I expect a higher level of professionalism and efficiency from a dental practice.

I cannot give them a lower rating, Google wont allow it. So let's start with their deceptive practices. When you ask for the dentist you previously saw, they will say sure, no problem. You make sure to stress this and tell them you will see NO ONE ELSE to which they will say ok. They will then pull a bait and switch on you while you're there, and say the dentist you requested has not worked at said office in years... I took time off and drove almost an hour to see said dentist. The person I made the appointment with, was conveniently fired 2 days before my appointment according to their staff. You're not a patient here, you're a client with a money sign that they can take advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE

Staff and the dentist i saw I believe Dr. White were great. My only concerns are they are located in the basement it is dark down there but the examination rooms are well-lit. 2. old, outdated x-ray machine 3. the back door is left open, allowing anyone to walk in and not just to use the bathroom but potentially do something to us. I'm unsure if I will come back because of these issues. If they got a modern x-ray machine and security I would definitely return.
