One Hanson Place Pediatrics, Pc

So I walked past the office building not too long ago, and even though my children didn’t have an appointment today, I just wanted to say this is by far one of the best pediatric offices I’ve ever been to. I also want to give a special shoutout to the Medical Assistant, EL/Elle. She is truly outstanding when it comes to caring for the children always patient, always kind, and always going above and beyond. I didn’t just want the doctors to know, I wanted the world to know. We need more people like her. Thank you so much!

Walking into this building with a stroller is an absolute nightmare. They have a wheelchair lift, but the security guard is reluctant to let you use it. For a pediatric office, this is unacceptable. The doctors are another story entirely. They seem more focused on pointing out everything “wrong” with your child rather than offering real solutions. They hand you a generic chart that might help and then rush out of the room. There’s zero empathy and no follow-up from previous visits. I’ve even had to request they change the sanitary paper on the exam table for my child because it wasn’t done before we arrived. They can’t even correctly fill out immunization cards—my daughter was marked as the same height and weight for an entire year, which wasn’t accurate. Even after pointing it out, they didn’t bother to update her records. After over two years of dealing with this place, I’ve had enough. This office is an absolute joke, and I won’t be returning.
