I cannot recommend Dr Ayalon enough! I had a tricky ulnar nerve injury, a botched nerve transfer, and seven stumped doctors who didn’t know how to help until I met Dr Ayalon… in just three minutes of looking at my hand he was positive he could fix the clawing and do a tendon transfer that bypassed the injury site to restore muscle where it had eroded. His confidence, rapport, and mannerisms also had me at complete ease the entire process I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with him. I had almost given up.

Dr. Ayalon, and his staff (especially Wendy), were nothing less than AMAZING in my stressful situation that involved my 5th metacarpal surgery. In my profession, my right hand is everything, and was told I wasn’t going to have full grip or strength back, until I met Dr. Ayalon. Throughout the whole process, even the insurance part that can be very intimidating, they were with me and made sure I was comfortable taken care of. Post operation, there were continuous check-ins that made sure I had everything I needed and was on the correct plan to get back to work ASAP. For this specific surgery, online I read that it could take many months to return back to normal activities. With the miracle work of Dr. Ayalon and his team, I was back to work in 4 weeks !!!
