Omer Tipu Physician Pc

My experience with Dr. Omer Tipu has always been positive. He has been my Primary Care Provider for years and he has always been warm, friendly, and attentive to my needs and willing to work with patients to find solutions that work for them. The office can get hectic at times due to the large number of patients that come through, but I found if you schedule ahead and come in the middle of the week the wait time isn’t too bad. I would recommend this Dr. for those looking for a primary care provider near Church Ave’s F/G train station.

Omer Tipu is an okay doctor. HOWEVER you will wait 2-3 HOURS before being seen. Also, most rudest most disrespectful disgusting unprofessional customer service you may ever encounter in your entire life. I had to call 5 times within a span of 30mins, being left on hold, transferred mid sentence & they hang up!!!! Soooo disgusting, their customer service will be the reason why I will end up changing my entire families pcp! Doctor Tipu please speak to your front desk workers, thank you.
