My mother came in on August 13 to draw blood .she had a new insurance ,and they refused to take it even though they were in network .while I was on conference call with insurance the front desk hung up on insurance 4 times .after I called and said they can't refuse medical care ,they called my mom crazy and said if she doesn't like something get out .she will be looking for another provider ,but I will not leave this issue like that .this is the first time I see such ignorance and unprofessionalism l
