The hispanic old lady at the front desk always talks with an attitude whereas other staff and doctors treat us in a nice way. Doctors and all other staff are really good at their job. Since my daughter was born she is nine now I’ve been coming here and have never seen that old lady talk with manners, acting like we are guilty of coming here and she pays our bill from her pocket.

Dr.Madhu is the worst doctor I have Been to. She is completely heartless and simply Careless. Did not listen to what I had to say. Waited over 45 mins to get seen. When I did get seen doctor did not introduce herself. Doctor said what brings her in , is she **** I said yes .told her what happened all she was check her breathing . No temperature check ,eye check, throat check , no test offered or done . I asked for a form they have to fill out and send to my insurance saying my daughter is eligible for services such as speech and ot through theinsurance . The doctor looked And was annoyed when I asked her this. She simply is lazy and careless she stated she has no idea what I’m speaking about .. she think she may . She asked a nurse and they both said I would have to get it from my insurance .. but when I spoke to the insurance before and after this visit , both times it was confirmed her doctor has to submit this form to my insurance . I asked ok can you sign a sepa form and request her medical documents from her old doctor so you can know her medical history . The Russian nurse tells me yea yea we will do that waving in the direction to exit. I said how do you know her last doctor? She then replied “no”.. i said the doctors name nobody wrote it down or anything. The doctor did not even acknowledge me when I said this . It was answered by the nurse I wasn’t even speaking to . Smh very sad .Very small doctors office . Be expected to be stared there if you aren’t a certain religion btw . It’s so sad to be feeling that uncomfortable presence as well as being started at non stop while I wait for the doctors kids are running reckless . There was Barley people has on mask , not keeping 6 feet apart! Dirty few amount of toys and lil desk in waiting area looks like they never sanitize ANYTHING. It is in a small space in apt building . To top it off the door is old and Wooden.Stairs you have to walk up to get door . It will be hard to new born moms who are alone. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who truly cares about there kid getting the proper care that they deserve and need!! there is only 2 doctors at this location , One male, one female . The male doctor has horrible reviews and the female one doctor Madhu who I seen today had decent ones. I don’t see how both horrible , i would never return. Stay away .
