Front desk are not helfull with the patients concern. Very bad customer service. Even dr are good patients first will deal with the front desk. And it replects the whole clinic appearance. Not recommeding this clinic.

I had an INCREDIBLY frustrating and unacceptable experience with this doctor’s office. They somehow entered my name incorrectly in my file, which caused major issues with my prescription. Because of their mistake, my medication was never sent out, something I rely on, and I was left without it for an entire week while suffering.i ended up having to see a different dr to get my prescription. When I called to fix the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or showing even basic empathy, they made the situation even harder. No one seemed to care that this was affecting my health, and I had to keep calling just to get simple answers. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is shocking for a medical office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and competence, and I received neither. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this office with their care.
