Oak Street Health Allerton Primary Care Clinic

Oak Street Health at the Allerton Primary Care facility is excellent in its attention to elderly care. My primary care physician is very thorough in her examination and thoughtful in her approach to patient care. The facility is extremely clean and well-managed. The waiting area is large and not cramped. There are snacks, beverages, and coffee available. While waiting to be seen, there is a large flat screen TV for patients' viewing pleasure. The front desk receptionists are pleasant and helpful in completing health forms. I would highly recommend this location to EVERYONE seeking professional elderly care.

This clinic is the worst. The service is subpar. Getting a call back from the doctors are like pulling teeth. All the promise of being attentive and supportive to seniors are just talk. Follow up with clients are sporadic. I would not recommend this clinic to any seniors with chronic medical concerns. Their medical staff lacks empathy for this very population that they suppose to care for. Just a horrible place.
