Dr. Hidalgo and Dr. Oerman and everyone at NYU Langone rock! Weird instance with the phone # on file: I tried calling to ask about what my surgery is going to involve, but the person who answered said that Dr. Hidalgo was not going to be doing my surgery, and had nothing to do with it anymore. I was pretty insistent, because I had just spoken with her only a couple of months before, and she was supposed to have done my surgery a couple years ago when we first planned it. They told me they were going to put me on hold to go check, but then they just hung up on me. And they didn't answer when I tried calling back. A couple months went by and they were wrong--she did my surgeries.
