NYU Langone Internal Medicine Associates

Dr. Luke O'donnell and the team were amazing in helping my mother during all the issues and complications she had with her 9/11 related bladder cancer and subsequent complications. We encountered him while she would consistently be admitted into the hospital via ER, but I am forever grateful for his constant care and empathetical approach for her care. Even though she's now gone, I'm sure she would agree she appreciated her time under his care.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED ...As a new patient who was recommended to NYU Langone Internal Medicine Associates, I was given an appointment, with a scheduler, for Dr. Megan E. Collins. There was absolutely no indication that the physician was not taking new patients (not on their slick website nor by the scheduler). They took all my personal insurance information and they gave me an appointment. They even set me up with a new patient portal to prepare for the upcoming appointment! I come to learn, 3 days before my appointment, after arranging a day off from work, that the doctor doesn't see new patients, nor does she see patients on the day I was given the appointment. The doctor's staff member, insisting "She won't see you, not now or ever." In these days of COVID, when it's a sacrifice to get to a doctor in person, NYU Langone Internal Medicine should be a little more "buttoned up" and accommodating. Please do not waste people's time, nor take sensitive information, if you can't deliver. Get your act together!
