I’ve always been very afraid of dental treatment, so I wanted to personally thank you Dr. Casey McConnell . She helped me feel calm and supported throughout the process. Before the root canal, the area was already infected, and after the procedure it felt more painful and swollen, so I called to ask about antibiotics. The doctor explained that it wasn’t severe enough to require antibiotics and that the swelling and discomfort should improve within a few days — and exactly three days later, it really did get better. What impressed me the most was how carefully everything was checked during the root canal, especially using X-rays throughout the procedure to make sure everything was right. In over 50 years of dental experiences, this was honestly the best care I’ve received. I also wanted to say thank you ,Dr. Casey McConnell for helping ease some of my long-standing dental trauma and fear. I truly appreciate the care and patience.
