1 star because every time I come to my appointment the workers have nasty attitude and are rude! and I’m not talking about the rn or doctors the ladies that work inside the waiting area by the computers. So disappointing

IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a receptionist to schedule an appointment. Once I called every 30 min about 7 times in a row and nobody answered the phone once.... if you leave a voicemail maybe they’ll get back to you about 2 weeks later. When I do get there I always have a good, fast experience and Dr. Deng is literally the best doctor ever although I think he recently just left.... just really curious as to how it’s possible that literally NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT A HEALTH CLINIC
