When trying to get through units I am unable to reach the nurse’s station and despite safety attempting to reach unit 9, we are hung up on and there is no clear way to contact anyone in regards to family’s well being. After numerous attempts we finally got through by safety calling the N.A. on the unit. Thank you safety! June 1st from 5:00-5:28 p.m.
