The quality of care here has taken a nose dive - my child has been seeing the same doctor for about 7-8 years now. The last two annual visits were abysmal - I don't fully understand how it went from top notch care to this - is medical personnel short staffed? pressure to prescribe to generate revenue? Certainly, admin is non-existent and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a response outside of annual visits, even for simple requests. Not exactly where we want to be when dealing with life threatening allergies. We are leaving.
