I am an Astoria resident for forty years and searching for a near by clinic, l was sold by the name NY Presbyterian, a great reputation but from what I've read you're selling the name not the same service at the hospital on 68th York Ave. I will stay away from this clinic even though a convenient location.

I have been a patient for over 5 years but since the pandemic, the services have declined tremendously. I don't know what happened but my PCP, Dr. DUBEY is never in the office. She's nice enough to answer messages but I am appalled by the fact that there are NO appointments for a sick visit. I called in November, December and February and they were booking 2 weeks for virtual and 2 months for in person. She also doesn't even have appointments for physicals!! The staff told me to go to urgent care or the ER on all times. I worked in the medical field for 5 years and providers always had appointments reserved for sick visits. What's the point of having a PCP, if they can't see a patient when they're sick! Then when I request a referral to see a specialist referred by the urgent care, they tell me I have to schedule a follow-up appointment but ironically they're scheduling further out than the specialist!! So they basically only see patients once another doctor has done their job and the patient is better. They should not be taking any new patients, they certainly don't take care of established patients. I'm definitely switching PCP!!
