This review is long overdue, but I truly wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the amazing care I received at MSM for my post-op knee therapy with Dr. Padsala. Before starting therapy, I had been struggling with knee pain for almost two years. Even simple things like walking were painful and going up and down stairs felt nearly impossible at times. From the very beginning, Dr. Padsala was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She took the time to really listen to my story, understand my concerns, and make sure I felt completely comfortable before we even started therapy. What stood out most was how supportive and encouraging she was throughout the entire process. After just a few sessions, I noticed tremendous improvement. One of my happiest moments was realizing I could walk down the stairs normally again, something many people take for granted, but for me it felt life changing. Now that I’ve completed my sessions, I can honestly say my life feels back to normal again, thanks to Dr. Padsala and the wonderful care I received at MSM. I will truly miss our sessions. Thank you so much for your dedication, kindness, professionalism, and for helping me get back on track. Your care and support meant more than words can express. Highly recommend!
