My doctor was absolutely amazing — truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for taking such great care of me and for understanding all my needs with patience and professionalism. It’s hard to find a good doctor and a trustworthy office in New York, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found you. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸💝

I'd avoid this practice at all costs- they conduct some really shady business here. I went in for some very routine tests- tests that have always been fully covered by insurance at other practices in the past. Before my appointment, I made sure this place was in network and triple checked with the receptionists that all my tests would be covered by insurance and they assured me they would. A couple week's later I got hit with a $1000 bill and they refused to take any accountability for it and were very rude about it instead of finding a way to help. Never experienced something like this smh

I took my grandfather to this urology office, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The receptionist (short straight hair) was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no patience or compassion. Instead of providing helpful service, they were dismissive and unkind, which made an already stressful visit even worse. Medical offices should have staff who are understanding and respectful, especially when dealing with elderly patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the poor customer service alone.

Very positive experience - website contained helpful information, I did some research and found useful reviews, then I scheduled an appointment two days out. Website/scheduling tool has a glitch; after filling out all the information and submitting, I received an error message indicating no appointments were available (despite the prior screens indicating there were). I subsequently received emails indicating that I had an appointment - so it worked, but the error message needs to be addressed. Multiple reminders before the appointment but not too many - just right. Was asked to fill out a health history online and it was long but not onerous, saving me time when I went to the appointment. At the office, it was very easy to find and access. Front desk staff was helpful, clear, and efficient. There is clearly are fine-tuned process: check in, wait a little, get moved to the inner rooms, see a PA/nurse and give basic information, wait, see doctor, wait for imaging, wait, see doctor. Sounds like a lot of waiting - it was not. It was a perfectly reasonable amount of time between events and I found the team there to be efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The physician - Dr Kim - did not make me feel rushed and yet we did not spend an excessive amount of time. This is a hard balance; to reach the volume they need, it means moving quickly, but I never felt rushed or that my questions weren't being answered or that I was being pushed to take tests I did not want. The bottom line is that I found this to be a well-run operation, I felt taken care of, and it met my needs of needing to see a doctor in what is not my home town in a short time frame (but not going to urgent care) and NY Urology succeeded at all levels. I strongly recommend them.

I had excellent interaction with Dr Kim. I found him very competent, co-operative and polite. He was very helpful in making me understand my health issues and the implications of various treatment options. I am completely satisfied.
