Ny Surgical

Dr. Habrawi is good but when it comes to scheduling an appointment prior to surgery, it takes 100 years for them to call you back to schedule an appointment. After 5 phone calls, I still haven't gotten a call back for scheduling an appointment. If you call the office the receptionist is going to tell you "I'm the receptionist and I can only take messages." So very disappointing.

I am so grateful I was referred to Dr. Manolas! He was clear and direct about the challenges I was facing, as well as the range of solutions. His personable nature and "bedside manner" is so refreshing. I never felt rushed, despite knowing he had a waiting room full of patients, as he explained diet changes and surgical options. My case is a bit complex, so he refer me to another amazing specialist as well, and their collaboration (plus with the referring MD!) has proven to be an invaluable part of my care plan. He's been critical in helping me forge the plan back to a healthy life. I can't say enough about him - I feel lucky to be in his care.
