I've been a patient at this office for a few years and while the doctors are fine, the front desk receptionists are either incompetent or over charging their patients. They will charge you a deductible when there's no deductible to be paid. They wanted a $70 deductible for my yearly visit and they wanted another $70 deductible for a follow up visit to go over my blood work. I contacted my insurance company and they informed me I only had to pay a small co-payment for the visit and not a deductible for the work that was done. My insurance company contacted the office and conferenced me in after speaking to the front desk receptionist to get this squared away. The receptionist response was "Oh this is how we alway did it". She hung up on us after the conversation was done after getting this all straightened out. They mailed me a check for all the overpayments that I made.
