Took my wife here, as she was in need of a new PCP and they were very accommodating and caring. No sure about the negative reviews but everyone in the office was great. Only waited about 30 mins our first time

This place is horrifyingly disorganized and in a serious need of an upgrade. You are not given directions as a new patient on where to go since there are 3 floors to this place. I sat and waited for about 50 minutes wondering if I was going to get called and then I asked the receptionist when was I going to get called, and then she responded "go to the third floor". That's not what she said when I signed in, she said to "take a seat and wait to get called in". I took that as to get my vitals checked but nope. If it wasn't for the respectful and kind doctor, I would never recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, the elevator is broken, this so helps anyone who may have trouble walking or is in a wheelchair 😒. Avoid this place at all costs!
