Important: The actual technical staff are great. Radiologists and techs are personable, attentive, and efficient. What I don't like: I've visited Sunset Park Radiology twice, and both times I check-ed in with the same front desk girl. Both times when calling my name she gave me a weird look and asked me if I'm sure it's my name she called. I'm a mixed Asian (east, south, and south east) and its quite annoying when visiting predominately Chinese doctor offices/clinics that my name gets questioned so often. In today's day and age, and being in NY, I'd expect less of this type of ideology from client/customer facing employees working for a 'place of service'.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Sunset Radiology! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire exam process was smooth and efficient, taking less than an hour from check-in to completion. The technicians were highly knowledgeable and skillful, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. I truly appreciated how quickly everything was handled without sacrificing quality or care. Highly recommend Sunset Radiology for anyone seeking top-notch service with a warm, caring team. Five stars all the way!
