Was on the phone with someone exhausting. I didn’t have my WC information ready, which was my fault. Instead of patiently telling me what she needed and telling me to call back, she rushed me, laughed condescendingly, told me I should have had it ready. I eventually just hung up and didn’t call back. Healthcare is so emotionally taxing and frustrating, and you don’t need people who are going to exhaust you

I was treated by Leon Reyfman for nerve pain, and I can only recommend him! He was attentive, caring and followed up to check on me. I also did many sessions of scrambler therapy in their physical therapy area, which was also run by extremely professional physical therapists that are very accommodating.
