I have had an extremely positive experience referring my patients here. I recently met the new medical director, Dr. M., who was lovely and listened to my concerns for a particular patient. My patient was promptly given an consultation and started infusions shortly there after, and shared with me having a positive experience at NYK. I have visited the facility myself over a year ago and met with Dr. Glatter and some other doctors and I can that it is super clean and welcoming. I plan to continue to refer my patients here.

I’ve had great experiences with the nurses here — they’ve been phenomenal: compassionate, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout my treatments. That said, I was extremely disappointed today. My scheduled IV ketamine appointment was cancelled at the last minute, and no same-day or next-day alternative was initially offered — only a slot a full week later. For a clinic treating serious psychiatric conditions, that kind of delay feels both unexpected and unprofessional. Patients deserve better triage and contingency planning when it comes to time-sensitive care.
