I had a terrible experience at this office with nurse practitioner Gwendolyn Costantini in which I was verbally threatened and yelled at for asking for routine refills and referrals. The situation escalated in a crazy way, it was surreal and I am still shook about how it went down. Gwendolyn Costantini is clearly unhinged and not suited to work in this field. I immediately changed my PCP and the difference in professionalism, bedside manner, and doing the work of helping a patient between my new PCP and this office is momentous. I also called NY Family Practice office to speak with someone about the experience and they never got back to me.
