First time called to make an appointment, the experience was horrible. The lady who picks up when calling the number provided had a really bad attitude! She confirmed they take my insurance Fidelis. The lady on the call refused to make my appointment saying I need to update the pcp on my insurance first then call back again to make the appointment. As far as I know you can make an appointment and see the doctor and they bill you, you can pay cash, card, by insurance, upfront etc. She made it so difficult and frustrating. She was extremely rude as she hung up the phone on the face and did not even make the appointment or explain why cannot. Worst customer service!!

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. My doctor Stefany Nijman was very informative and always made sure to ask me if I had questions or any concern about anything. Rooms are extremely small but very clean. I received reminder and phone call alerts before my appointment. Which is very helpful when you have a busy life. No OBGYN. Service was phenomenal.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen so quickly. The nurse and pulmonologist was very nice and thorough . They did everything with care and they explained everything. Their attitude was very upbeat and pleasant. The doctor was also very thorough. She checked me out from head to toe and gave me the necessary information that I needed. I was able to express myself and she took note. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend anyone to that office on Liberty Avenue. My sincere thanks for making my visit most comfortable!

The wait was short. The nurse took my vitals and blood and was very nice and thorough. The doctor's assistant asked many questions and listened to me. The doctor was informed before coming in and helped me to feel better. It was my first time coming to this office and I was very satisfied with my experience.

This place is good for walk-in appointments if you don’t really need to go to ER, and for job related blood work. If you have health concerns, then find another place. Some of the doctors are very condescending, and they do not take your symptoms seriously. One of their doctors told me I had anxiety. Mind you she’s not a therapist or psychiatrist. I was just explaining my symptoms. Another one of their doctors dismissed a health concern I had (while making faces, very unprofessional) and told me to see a specialist. I hope they train their doctors a little bit better because people have options.
