I enjoy the service and greeting as soon as we walk in , they have the politeness and understanding smiles they give my mother, especially because she’s 88 and she’s dementia, And they take the time to listen to her back to and actually answer her back Knowing they have a very busy day ahead of them. Their service are great. My doctors here are always on point.

Dr. Marciano is one of the greatest doctor I have encountered. He is very attentive to my needs. I really miss seeing him in the office. As to reception that has been a different matter, not specifically a pleasant one.

Lisette Toro is a gem. Marciano you better retain this doctor for years to come. She truly cares for her patients. She has revalued my meds, my referrals, she explains thoroughly and despite her age, she is so wise and assertive in all of her recommendations. A true doctor. I do not mind waiting a bit longer for visit appointments just so that I get to be treated by Dr. Toro. The assistant Carolina is great at what she does as well in the front desk. Great job at this location.

I was a patient here for a few years until today. Every time I was required to speak with their staff in person or by phone, I was given surly and combative attitude. I would dismiss it and tell myself they’re having a bad day, although truthfully it was a turn-off and made me not want to return. The behavior was consistent each time and I witnessed the same behavior amongst other patients as well. Today a simple refill prescription call was treated the same, as if I’m some dumb patient that doesn’t have any logic. All with that same surely tone and catty pet name calling. I asked to simply speak to an office manager to discuss my concerns and yet they gave me a run around and ended up canceling my appointment simply over me wanting to make sure I get some details straight. The office clerk told me word for word “if you don’t like it, you don’t have to come here and I’ll be canceling your appointment now.” Hung up. The staff there must be miserable but I can almost bet it’s an operational leadership issue. I’m taking my business elsewhere. We live in NYC, there’s plenty of competition and plenty of doctor offices who understand the simple concept of professionalism and empathy. It goes a long way and careless attitude must equal careless medical care. Your team failed me as their patient. I recommend others go elsewhere too, they’ll treat you better.
