Please don't waste your time going to this doctor, I've had larengitis for approx 6 months. I went to see this doctor but all I got to see was a nurse practitioner, after my second visit I was sent to have an MRI. On my third visit I was told that my insurance didn't cover everything from the last 2 visits and I wouldn't be able to see the doctor (who wasn't there) because they weren't paid. The doctor is an in network doctor and there should have been no payment. I was sent home. I told them that I was paying to see the doctor not a nurse practitioner. Still, I was sent home with a copy of my MRI, no consultation, no nothing. So if you want to see a nurse, go ahead and make your appointment.

The doctor is nice and professional. But the dark-haired lady at the front desk lacks empathy. I needed help, and she was rude. There used to be a blonde lady working there — she was always kind, respectful, and very helpful. I would love to see her back. She was truly professional and empathetic. ❤️ The doctor has to be more careful when choosing people for front-desk work, because I had to go and look for another office. This way they lose patients.
