Novel Medicine Pc

I've been coming to this medical office and have had Dr. Goldvug my primary care physician for a couple of years now. The staff is very welcoming and and the Doctor herself is amazing. Very caring, listens to what's going on, and makes sure that your visit always counts from the moment you come to the moment you leave. Truly cares about her patients and is always readily available to see you. I would recommend Dr. Goldvug to almost everyone seeking a primary care physician because you'll love her. Thank you to the staff at Novel Medicine!

I don’t like to give even 1 star but Yelp don’t allow to write a review not giving 1 star. This is the worst place that I have experienced. This is my 3rd time with them. Every visit, I waited more than 1 hour than my appointment time. In third visit, I made earliest appointment at 10 so that I can be at my work on time and it was already 11 still I was not called. So, I asked to the lady working in the front and she said I am still after 2 patient. What the heck? 😡And I asked her to refund my $20 which she charged for doctor visit. This was my last visit and I am not going anymore here. And about the doctor (Goldbug) she is ok.Worst place,worst service!
