I arrived at the door of the clinic at 8:45am. The sign at outdoor indicated it was open. The door was locked. I waited for 30+minutes. There was still nobody coming to open the door. No body sat at the counter. I guess this is not a trustworthy place.

STAY AWAY!! Incompetent crooks & fraudsters. I went in for a minor issue (thumb blister/infection), saw a P.A. for appr.10 min. max. She misdiagnosed it as a “Whitlow” & prescribed Valtrex (a herpes medication). When done I went to front desk to pay out of pocket & was told I didn’t owe anything. I asked how that’s possible & was told i didn’t owe anything again. I had a feeling it’s too good to be true or fishy but what am I going to do? Later I got started reviving bill for $585. I called & was told my non-active insurance rejected claim, hence I’m responsible —even though self-pay is only $120. I spent hours on phone, went back to office, spoke w/numerous reps & supervisors only to keep getting harassed w/ same outrageous bill for being misdiagnosed Paronychia — a cuticle fungus, easily treated by soaking epsom salt a few times a day.
