Made an appointment for 4:05 PM, arrived literally FIVE minutes late, and still ended up waiting 55 minutes. The front desk actually told me my “appointment would be honored within the hour.” Then what exactly is the point of making an appointment? The professionalism was awful from the start. One of the front desk employees was taking intake notes ON HER GLOVE. Truly inspiring levels of hygiene and customer service. I came in with pretty common symptoms of a stomach bug/ food poisoning and got almost no meaningful support. The doctor ordered a urine analysis and mentioned bloodwork, but offered no actual help, guidance, reassurance, or even decent listening skills in the meantime. The bedside manner was poor, dismissive, and rushed. Some of the recommendations and explanations honestly didn’t even make sense given what I had already been dealing with. And my favorite part: they needed a urine sample but had NO WATER and NO WATER CUPS because they were “out.” How does an urgent care run out of basic supplies? The place felt understaffed, disorganized, and completely unprepared to care for patients. Honestly wish I had never gone. Avoid.
