I visited this clinic in August 2025 for my annual checkup after seeing all the positive Google reviews. Before making the appointment, I asked multiple times whether they accepted my employer's insurance, and I was told yes. My insurance also covers one annual preventive visit. The visit itself seemed fine, but they ordered a lot of tests (more than 100) that I didn't think were necessary, which turned into a nightmare when it came to billing. I spent months going back and forth between the office and my insurance company trying to get things sorted out. Every time I called the office, I was transferred from one person to another and had to explain the same situation over and over again. I initially got responses from Luisa by email, but eventually she stopped replying, and the receptionists would not transfer my calls to her. My insurance company also tried reaching Dr. Zerremi and his assistant, Luisa, but they were unable to get in touch with either of them. I was told several times that a supervisor would call me back, but no one ever did. It's been almost a year, and I still haven't received my medical report. I have wasted so much time and money dealing with this office when I could have gone somewhere else and received better care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, especially if you have private insurance. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. Hopefully, after this review, they will finally send me my report.
