I recently moved from Alaska to Pennsylvania, but I still wanted to get my eyeglasses from Northern Lights Eye Care because of how great the service is—especially from Ms. Pearl! She helped me pick out my glasses over FaceTime, which was so thoughtful and convenient. My parents have always loved this place, and I now understand why. Ms. Pearl was so kind, patient, and quick to respond to my messages. Even though the glasses were shipped all the way from Alaska, they arrived in less than a week! I'm very happy with them and the whole experience. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Ms. Pearl again whenever I need glasses in the future. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

This place has long waiting times, and the staff members are very unfriendly. With glasses, after‑sales service is important, but while they push you to buy the expensive ones, when you go back for service they make you wait for over 30 minutes without saying anything.
