Very unpleasant experience. I tried to make a new patient appointment today, August 22 and the female receptionist was so unpleasant and not very helpful. I'm a college student and couldn't make any morning appointments. I ended up calling another doctor and she couldn't have cared less. The receptionist couldnt be bothered to help me much and was not nice about it. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

NSHOA is an amazing facility. The entire staff - doctors, MAs, PAs, Nurses, Phlebotomy, receptionists, billing depth- every single person employed here is dedicated to providing the best possible care to every patient. My mother & I are both patients and are always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I highly recommend NSHOA to all.
