First of all this office is at 260 Flatbush between St Marks and prospect on the south side. So far I've visited twice for covid testing I'll be back again this week. No problem getting an appointment and no delay. For my two PCR and antibody tests the tech was very competent and friendly. The process for getting results was a little obscure the first time but once I was set up on their website The results came through easily and in less than 48 hours. In less48 hours

They didn't tell me any of this information until well after I got my Covid test so I will leave it here for others: this is not a free facility. They said it will take 24 hours to get results - mine took longer. They have signs saying they take walk-ins but they turned away everyone I saw come through. Just make an appointment. I did not actually see the doctor I made the appointment with. I was not told who the two people were whom I met with, I'm not completely sure they were nurses. I was disappointed as I had many questions to ask. The receptionist did not wear her mask properly and I cought her with it fully off serval times. (This was concerning because I told her I had symptoms and had already tested positive.) She also did not ask me what test I wanted or clarify what test I was receiving. Just asked for the money before I even got the test. The wait time was minimal however. About 10 minutes.
