It's terrible that once you leave a message to your provider he never answers you back. It says allow 72 hours for respond I send my primary doctor a message 6 days ago I'm still waiting

I called today to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told there were no appointments available until June, which I understand. However, before I could ask about alternatives or book a June appointment, the front desk representative hung up on me. As a potential new patient, this felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I completely understand busy schedules, but I would have appreciated the opportunity to ask about other options, such as being placed on a cancellation list or securing the next available appointment. I’m sharing this feedback because first impressions matter, and front desk communication reflects the practice as a whole.
