The guys at Sutton Terrace Garage were super patient and understanding when I showed up with my car, a prepaid SpotHero app, and NO TESLA CAR KEY! I fully expected them to send me packing, but instead they advised me to relax, parked my car, and showed me how to put in a request when I was ready to retrieve my car at the end of day via their website. I am forever grateful for their grace, and this will no doubt be my parking garage of choice when I’m back in the area.

I was desperate to find parking in the area on a Wednesday afternoon. There are tons of scratches on my bumper and my change purse is missing from the inner compartment of my arm rest. I just noticed it too late. So I couldn’t even confront anyone. I know it wasn’t anywhere else and that it was there. I used park whiz which shows a very good rating for this place along with all the good reviews from google maps. This is the first time this has happened parking in a garage I’ve kept that change purse there since I have had this car 4 years. I just want my change purse back as it is something I got from Japan when I was there. I Don’t even care about the change inside. 😔Don’t park your car here if you want to keep you stuff.
