I’m not sure why this place called me at 8 AM, because I don’t even use their services. When I called back to see who contacted me, the woman who answered was unbelievably rude. She started yelling, told me she didn’t know me, and to stop calling — even though I had never called them before. She even called me “stupid.” I’ve never been spoken to like that by any front desk staff anywhere. Completely unprofessional and nasty. If this is how they treat people who simply return a missed call, I can only imagine how they treat their actual clients. I will never go here.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL office I’ve ever been to. When you call the office they put you on hold right away and it’s for a while or the RECEPTIONIST will be VERY RUDE I’ve asked to reschedule my appointment and she was speaking with me with an ATTITUDE . I couldn’t even finish my sentence she KEPT HANGING UP on me. She as well called me OBNOXIOUS. My first visit I didn’t even see Dr. Kozhin even though specifically I’ve asked to see him. They asked me to do a sonogram in another room and I had to change afterwards, no privacy with someone being inside the room! When I finally saw Dr. Kozhin he rushed me out of the visit and misdiagnosed my sonogram. This was my FIRST AND LAST VISIT. DONT COME HERE with this type of treatment.
