This is by far the worst operating sleep clinic in THE ENTIRE FIVE BOUGHS OF NEW YORK. I can not stress enough how badly this place is managed. From doctors that don’t seem to ever be present, and when they happen to drop by the office are dismissive and uninterested in the actual case at hand. To a staff that is hostile, dismissive, and uninformed. I was issued, by this clinic, a Phillips Industry’s Dreamcast CPAP machine, a machine that has been recalled worldwide due to highly dangerous heath issues, Nocturnal Sleep Diagnostics not only failed to inform me about the recall and potential health hazard, but when I reached out to them myself on this matter, the clinic decided to put me on a list months long in order to maybe have the possibility of seeing one of their elusive doctors to discuss my options, keep in mind there could long lasting health effect with the equipment they supplied me, and no one seemed to care. I can only imagine how many of their patients they have endangered and continue to do so by their lack of care and actions on issues like this. Please DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER patronize this clinic, go anywhere else if you have sleep issues. It is my wish that this business is closed down, fined, or restaffed and managed by actual sleep professionals that are properly trained to care for patients in a concerned and ethical way.
