I had a really great experience at this dental office. The receptionists at the front desk are extremely polite and welcoming. You can ask them any question and they take the time to clearly explain everything. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist is just as professional and thorough. I went in for dental implants, and he was very informative. He explained the entire process, what to expect, and answered all of my concerns in detail. I also had a cavity filled, and the procedure was completely smooth. I didn’t feel any pain, and everything went well from start to finish. Overall, the care, communication, and professionalism stood out to me. While the receptionist was kind and promptly followed up on my questions about why my mother’s appt was so delayed, being at the dentist for almost two hours for a routine teeth cleaning without needing x-rays is unacceptable. I understand you tell patients the appt can take up to an hour, but this office needs to do better with administrative delays.
