The staff member at the front desk is consistently unwelcoming and comes across as rude to everyone who walks in. Instead of greeting visitors, the first interaction is usually, “Did you sign in?” with no basic courtesy or professionalism. I’ve visited other locations, such as Oceanside and Sunrise, where the staff were very professional, respectful, and welcoming. The difference in service is very noticeable. Regardless of the neighborhood, all individuals should be treated with respect and professionalism. A positive and courteous environment should be standard for everyone.

I went in today for an emergency appointment, and my stomach was in so much pain. I was vomiting and having insane diarrhea. As I went into the office, it took forever to get an appointment, what is the point of urgent. As I sat down, this black woman came up to me and told me to get up and get off the chair I looked around for help, the workers no clue in the world what is happening in their office. The seats, they’re all empty, we need more seating available. This lady was so disrespectful saying she needs the chair available to read a book to her grandson. Never have I ever got so much disrespect and put in so much pain. Knowing this women was not the patient, and yet she has the audacity to make me get up! Do better, care for your patients!
