Marcy is a true artist, incredibly talented and precise. I would recommend her 100%. Honestly, her work is more than 5⭐️ and I’m very happy with my final result. That said, I’m giving 1⭐️ to the facility for how they handled pricing. I was not informed upfront that there would be an additional charge for the follow-up visit. I paid $550 for the initial appointment and then was charged $75 at the follow-up due to “extra ink,” which was never mentioned during scheduling at my first visit - I wasn’t even asked if I need follow-up visit, they just asked when would I like to come for follow-up. At the follow-up, I pointed out that my eyebrows are naturally raised and I was hoping for a straighter, thicker shape. Marcy adjusted them beautifully, and I truly appreciate her work, no complaints there. However, transparency matters. Not informing a client about additional costs in advance is simply not professional. I paid and left without making a scene, but that’s not how a business should operate. Just something to be aware of.
