Dr Lushpenko is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years. He is genuinely concerned with, not only mine, but my families well being.

Whoever is answering the phone there is very rude & disrespectful. I asked what insurance the office doesn’t accept with a response what insurance I have, after giving the name of my insurance she said they do accept it. Upon arriving there I was told the office doesn’t accept my insurance. While explaining the phone call I made, the lady gets an attitude & said well we do accept it but not this kind. I told her well shouldn’t the lady who answered earlier explained all that on the phone, she rudely said she was the one on the phone & said it’s not her job, I should have known & dismissed me.
